Strip-out to handover — kitchen, bathroom, plastering, flooring, decoration, and rewiring or heating upgrades where needed.

Redecoration, replastering and skimming, carpet, vinyl, laminate and LVT. Property refresh to letting or sale standard.

Sign-off and handover — walkthrough, snag list worked through, then your handover pack: certificates, warranties, guarantees and a photographic record.

Questions we get asked
- Because you get a fixed price against a costed schedule of works, not an estimate. Anything extra is priced and signed off by you before we do it. Nothing gets added after the event.
- Your completion date is agreed in writing. One crew, one sequence, one accountable person. We manage the programme ourselves rather than leaving it to whoever turns up.
- Vetted, insured and qualified subcontractors, managed by us as main contractor. One contract, one contact, one invoice. Gas and electrical work is certified by registered engineers and the records are handed over to you at the end.
- No. Payments are staged against agreed milestones, set out in the contract before we start.
- You get a written progress report with photographs every week. It's built into every job, not something you have to chase.

- No. We do internal residential renovation only. If you need that kind of work we'll refer you to someone who does it properly.
